We begin to understand what organic farming is also called bio-agriculture. Its goal is the production of fruit and vegetables in full compliance with the seasonality and with a particular care in the rotation of the land.

If on the other hand you have no land available, no problem: vegetables can develop in containers, windowsill boxes, water reservoirs and even hanging baskets. You can then place your mini vegetable garden on a windowsill of the balcony, patio, porch or window.
Now get the seeds and follow the sowing months from January to December with an eye always to the basic moons for the good growth of your vegetables.
Also get lots of plastic bottles or small baskets of strawberries and vegetables that are very suitable in winter as mini greenhouses.
With a nice bike ride in the fall we can recover dry leaves at will. Just keep them aside and then turn them into very useful compost with a self-made composter!
For natural insect control we use neem oil or homemade spray made from horsetail, nettle and garlic.
To get garden tools, let's try to find them second-hand in second-hand markets, ask friends who maybe don't use them anymore or let's build them with a little imagination: straws, bamboo canes, old spoons, chopstick ... these are just some of the enormous possibilities that arise in front of us to have tools at no cost.
Start by sowing small seeds in a seedbed, always using recycled materials such as egg containers so that once the small plants are large you can place them on the ground easily.
So let's think about what we would like to eat, let's put away from the organic vegetables we buy the seeds for a while or let them be given to us by some friends who have already experimented with this method of cultivation and we also try to create our eco garden in a very economical way.
In the end we will have obtained economic benefits because we will grow our own vegetables for free, physical benefits because in any case those twenty minutes a day of outdoor activities (in summer a little more) especially for those who do sedentary work can only do us well and we will have helped the environment as the cultivation of organic vegetables is considered to have zero environmental impact.
