  4. Other components (up to 1-3%):
    • gingerol;
    • tsingiberen;

    • cineole;
    • sucrose.

Benefit and harm

Benefit:

How to cook at home?

For face

For oily skin

Ingredients:

  • 20 ml of ginger juice;
  • 20 grams of banana;
  • 10 grams of rice flour;
  • 5 ml almond oil (teaspoon).

Preparation:

  1. Grind banana into gruel.
  2. Mix it with ginger juice, butter and flour.
  3. Stir for 1 minute.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator.

Application: outwardly. Apply to problem skin for 20 minutes, then rinse with cold lemon solution without soap (1 part lemon juice to 10 parts water). Apply once every 3 days. Course - up to 20 masks. The finished mixture should be used immediately after preparation.

For dry

Ingredients:

  • 25 g ginger powder;
  • 40 g of liquid flower or linden honey (do not use buckwheat honey);
  • 40 grams of low-fat sour cream or 20 ml of cream;
  • 5 drops of oil solutions of vitamins A and E.

Preparation:

  1. Mix the ginger powder with warm honey until smooth.
  2. Add sour cream or cream, vitamins to the mixture, mix for 1 minute.
  3. Leave the mask warm.

Application: outwardly. Warm the problem area with a hot towel or warm water before use. Apply the mask for 15 minutes. Wash off with warm water without soap. Course - 15 masks, one once every 3-4 days.

Anti-inflammatory

Ingredients:

  • 30 g ginger powder;
  • 10 g turmeric powder;
  • 12 g oat flour;
  • 20 ml of concentrated thyme infusion;
  • 5 ml tea tree oil.

Preparation:

  1. Mix dry components. Stir until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture with a warm solution of thyme, stir until a sour cream consistency is obtained.
  3. Pour in tea tree oil.

Application: outwardly. Apply the mask to the skin for 7-10 minutes, then rinse with cool water with the addition of green tea. Course - 10 masks, 1 mask per day.

Smoothing

Ingredients:

  • 30 g grated ginger;
  • 40 g kelp powder (seaweed);
  • 10 ml of olive oil.

Preparation:

  1. Pour the kelp powder with hot water for 4 minutes.
  2. Add grated ginger and butter to the gruel.
  3. Stir for 1 minute.

Application: outwardly. Apply to skin with a wide cosmetic brush for 15 minutes. Wash off with cold water without soap. Course - 12 masks, 1 in 2 days.
